Is It Good To Take Himalaya Liv.52 For Pain In Liver?

i have pain in my liver and i m taking himalaya liv.52 ds is good?? before 6 month due to medicine reaction my liver beecome large and after 6 month i used to dance and then my pain is start and i use to drink cow and buffalo milk is good for fatty liver

Liv 52 is ayurvedic herb remedy that is usually well tolerated...
You are using that for fatty liver....

If you want to use alternate product that is allopathic drug udiliv also good for liver...
It is ursodeoxycholic acid that help in dissolving cholesterol in bile.....

Here for fatty liver if you have alcohol or smoking habit then it should be avoided ....
Fruits taken more....
Regular exercise...

Avocados help in producing glutathion , so help in liver detoxification...
Some good food for liver are to be taken like.....
-carrots
-beet roots
-grape fruit juice(rich in antioxident and vitamin c)
-turmeric roots
-lemon
-indian gooseberry etc....

Non veg and junk foods avoided...
Try to take less fried food....
Refined food avoided...
