Is It Fine To Give Dalia, Cereals And Fruits To My 11 Months Baby ?

My baby is 11 months old and he doesnt take much of solids in a day. Still largely dependent on my feed. I give him 1 bowl of Dalia as breakfast (abt 150 ml) and rest of the day has 2-3 spoons of fruits or other cereals. Please suggest if its ok for the baby to have such a diet , it seems gradually he s developing taste for rice and chapati.

Hello
you can continue the same,but I f you give same food surely the child will be bored and refuse to eat.
So try giving variety foods at different serving.
foods you can try will be:
boiled potato and salt.
boiled carrot,milk,ghee and sugar
BOILED GRREENGRAMDAL OR any dal and rice
boiled veg. soup
Ragi or rice flour malt malt (Sweet/salt)
Soft suji halwa
Wheat bread and milk
give all fresh fruits ,daily one type of fruit and fruit juices.
You can give him rice ,chapati now ,but all foods you are giving should be mashed or cut into small pieces as it helps in digestion and doesnt obstruct while eating.

it is very gud to breast feed ,,no age limit for that ..dalia,moong dal soup,porched egg,mashed chapati,are very gud ,,,let him develop his taste...
