Is It Due To Chlorine In The Swimming Pool There Are Pimples Noticed At The Back?
I m currently working at a swimming pool as a swim teacher, and I m in the pool about 12 hours a week. I ve been working there for a year, and now I am starting to get a lot of acne on my back. I was wondering what the chlorine is doing to my body, and will it become a threat to any other organs. Thank you!
I can understand your concern for pimples on your back. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say. You have not mentioned our age so that we could have correlated it due to age only or due to any other factor such sun damage or due to chemical induced factors.
A gel containing clindamycin phosphate 1.2% w/w and tretinoin gel can be very helpful to you for long term. The only precaution you should follow is to apply the cream in very thin layer and that too over affected area only.
Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of acne can be dealt best for future time.
Take care
