General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to urinary tract infection. I suggest to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.

I also recommend to urinate frequently and use vitamins C supplements. If the symptoms continue, you may need a cycle of antibiotics. Nitrofurantoin is a safe choice in pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
