Today my 7 year old son tripped over a ball at school and hit his forehead really hard. The school s paramedic told me that he was unconscious when they found him but woke up minutes later suffering of memory loss for a few minutes. His blood pressure, pulse and pupils were normal except for a little dizziness and nausea. I took my son to our doctor for an examination blood pressure, eyes and everything were normal. Our doctor told me that I need to watch out for any signs of vormiting and dizziness if then take him to hospital. After seeing the doctor we went straight home cause my son were feeling a bit sleepy. I put him to bed but woke him every 30 minutes to see if he is ok. The nausea is gone but when he wakes up then he says that his head is aching and feel a little dizzy when he is standing. The worrisome part for me is that he don t have any swelling on his forehead ! Please, help do I need to take him for a CAT scan
