Is It Because Of Pregnancy Or Menopause That My Breasts Have Become Sore With Irregular Periods ?

i am 48 years old my periods have been regular to the day. but the last year they have been coming every 3 weeks last month was regular and I have not gotten one this month, I feel pregant sore breast bloted tired even alittle sick. but when I have sex I bleed or spot for a short time. it stops right away., is this menapause or pragant or could it be something bad?

Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic.com.All the symptoms are non specific .If you are suspecting pregnancy do a urine test and confirm or otherwise.Regarding post coital bleed it should be investigated as it is not normal.Get a pap smear done from your local doctor and let us know.
