Is it because of iron deficiency that I have missed periods ?

period process has been stopped this month since 16 days and i have iron deficiency what should i do i already had so much of warm stuffs and still periods are not coming....pls help me

Hello Sonia,
If your period is late and you are sexually active,first take a pregnancy test.If getaive or you arent active,you will need a ultrasound and some blood tests.I suggest that you take the pregnancy test first and then decide.If you have anemia,starting iron supplements would be advisable.
