Is It Advised For A 3 Years Old To Have Colonoscopy And Endoscopy ?

My 3 year old is having a colonscopy and a endoscopy done. She can t have any solids foods the day before, we have to do miralax and a enema. She has just started in with a cough and runny nose. no fever . can she still have the procedure done? should I take her to the doctor and get antibiotics? her procedure in on Tuesday. thank you!
