Dwarfism is caused by deficiency of stimulating growth hormones by two things.
1,Pituitary problem,
2,thyroxine deficiency.
If dwarfism is due to pituitary gland than injection of growth hormone can be given.
In thyroxine deficiency,it should not be given.
