Is It Advisable To Take Griseofulvin To Treat Fungal Infection In Groin Area?

Hi. . I am having fungal infection in my groin area. . It has been there since I was a child. . But it's still not cured yet completely. . Now I am 25.. Went to a doctor who prescribed me Griesofluvin but that didn't help and the infection reformed back after providing a brief relief

See you seem to have a chronic fungal infection.
It is very important to find out the reason for this recurrent fungal infection.
We also need to be doubly sure of the diagnosis
Now among the important reasons for such an infection, we need to rule out diabetes.
I would advise you to get a blood glucose assessment done for the same.
Also a confirmation of the diagnosis is important. Get a smear examination done to look for fungal elements.
