hello, my age is 33 and i am 36 + weeks pregnant with twins and now my doctor advised me with betnesol injections 2 shots , single course as i will be delivering my babies in the next week. Is it advisable to take these injection and whether i will be having any side effects and whether single course is enough

At this stage there is no harm giving inj. betnosol.
During first trimester this type of medicine to be avoided.
And as she is advised this inj. there may be some specific reason behind it.
