Is It Advisable To Take Milk Of Magnesia And Dulcolax Before A Hysterectomy?

I m 66 and having a hysterectomy tomorrow, scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Pre-op instructions said to take Milk of Magnesia every 3rd night starting 7-10 days prior to surgery...and 2 Dulcolax night before surgery. Should I take both Milk of Magnesia now (around 6:00) and the Dulcolax in a couple of hours?

milk of magnesia is use for treatment of constipation. usually it is given for the patient who r going for surgery and have week bowel . it is genraly start 3 to 4 day before surgery . dulcolax is a laxative . give night before surgery to clean the bowel.
