Is It Advisable To Exercise With Musculoskeletal Pain?

I have musculoskeletal pain in the chest and back brought on by excessive use of caffeine for years. I had gotten better but I had a deep tissue massage which brought by pain I have nt had in months. i want to work out again, is it okay to do so now that the pain iis lessoning?

It IS ok to start training but make sure to be hydrated and use muscle relaxant and take warm shower after each exercise. Always make sure you have your vitamins.
