Is It Advisable To Continue With Trileptal For Trigeminal Neuralgia?

I have been taking tops ax for trigeminal neuralgia and am having a bad flare up and the tops ax is not helping. I have some trileptal that I had been taking that seemed to work ok before. Would it be ok to switch back tomorrow to see if that would work better? I need some relief!

Hello,
It should be okay but you really need to check with your doctor who knows your complete medical history before making this change.
