Is It Abnormal To Have Throbbing Headaches And What Is The Cure?
Hi! My friend went for endoscopy 4 days ago. He started to develop chills and high fever 3 days ago and only recovered today. However, he started having throbbing headaches and taking paracetamol twice did not help (it used to work within half an hour of normal headache). Is this abnormal? What should we do?

Is It Abnormal To Have Throbbing Headaches And What Is The Cure?
Hello, Headaches are actually a feature of fever. Since paracetamol is not helping, your friend can try ibuprofen for the headaches. If headaches persist for a week or so after regression of fever, an evaluation by a Neurologist is necessary. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
