Is It A Serious Head Injury If A Bump On The Head Causes Loss Of Appetite, Giddiness, Panic Attack ?

Hi, yesterday I bumped the top of my head; all I had was a subtle headache and I didn t eat much. I had a panic attack that night with acid reflux . I can t taste properly now, loss of apetite, feel sick when I eat. I also felt feint today, but I ve had no sleep. Is this a head injury? I didn t have this before I bumped my head on the wall.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for query,
your symptoms are more likely due to panic attack you got.
Bumping of head against wall twice or more indicates that you might have underlying depression.
At present along with all symptoms you are getting if you have headache, nausea, vomiting, giddiness then consult neurophysician and get investigated.
Ok and bye.
