Is It A Problem When The Ultrasound Report Mentions Normal Ovary Size With Immature Follicles And Minimal Cul De Sac Fluid?

Hi, my transvaginal ultrasound result is 1. normal size of ovary with late-profiled en endometrium 2. normal size of ovary with immature follicles 3. minimal cul de sac fluid what does it mean? i cant wait my doctor explain the ultrasound result of mine.

Hi,

The reports show that the ovary shows immature follicles only i.e. no follicle has matured till yet.

Secondly, there is no fluid in cul de sac indicating the ovulation has not taken place.

The endometrium is in the late proliferative phase so mature follicles should be present in the ovary. There is some problem with ovulation.
