Is It A Matter Of Concern If Baby Has Bruised Bump On Forehead After Falling?

hi doctor my 10 month old baby girl just fell head first of the sofa wich is only low and now she has a little round slightly bruised bump on her forehead she only cried for around a minute then back to acting normal again do i need to worry.
it doesnt matter i cant afford to pay

usually children have soft skin and bones and bruising is common. being a girl child it is unlikely that she may be suffering from any serious genetic blood disorder . further if she is not vomiting and not dull than CT scan is not required.
all that is required is observation
