i'm 14 years old && my little 10 year old girl cousin "jokes" with me a lot && she grabs my boob. at first i just kind of blew it off && thought nothing of it, but now she does it a lot && its kind of creepy. is it a form of sexual harassment or abuse? ummm...yea, i'm not going to hit her! && come on, she's 10. that's plenty old enough to know thats wrong. she's also about the most perverted 10 year old girl i've ever heard of. so her age isn't a factor.
