Sulfamethoxazole is a sulfa drug. If you are allergic to that class of drugs, you should not take it. The other drugs you took are not in the same class, so there is no way to predict whether you will have a reaction to this one. You seem to be sensitive to antibiotics, so it s possible you are at increased risk of having an allergic reaction, even though this drug is entirely different from the others. The only way you will know is if you have a reaction when you take it.
