Is Intake Of Novastat Tablets For Weightloss Advisable?

Respected sir I am Roshan 37 years old, I am working as a teacher. I am 5.5 Height & 94 K.G.s of weight. Thus I am suffering severely from Obesity problem. From last one week I am going to walk about 3 K.M.s daily. One of the Doctors suggested me to take Novastat 20mg tabs to reduce fat in my body, is it good for me? or not? what to do to reduce my over weight? Should I go for lipo? if yes how much should I spend for that ? kindly answer me. I will be very thankful to you.

I understand your concern.
It is a difficult task to lose weight but with dedicated effort you can.
Novastat is for reducing Cholesterol in the blood and it will not be useful to lose weight. Also it has the several side effects which can be harmful. So unless your blood cholesterol is elevated Novastat is not advisable.
The best way to reduce weight is to reduce 1000 calories from the diet you eat each day. This way you can lose 1 Kg in weight per day. Eat wholesome food rich in fruits , vegetables and fiber.
Exercise daily for 30mts a day.
Adopt stress relieving measures like yoga and meditation.
I don't think you should go in for liposuction now, but try what I have mentioned.
Liposuction will give temporary relief and you can gain your weight back if you do not practise the life style, food and exercise I mentioned.
