Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Implantation bleeding occurs after 5-6 days of the fertilization, or the conception date, which is almost one week before the missed periods. Meanwhile, bleeding due to ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage usually occurs after the missed periods. The two can be very well differentiated by the timing.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
