Is Immidiate Surgery Needed For Pseudo Exfoliation Syndrome?

I have found that I have pseudo exfoliation syndrome. I need to have a cataract surgery, but my insurance doesn t cover it. If I wait 4 months to do the surgery, since Medicare will kick in for me then, am I at more risk of complications? I don t know how far my syndrome has progressed.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, but let me inform you that cataract surgery and PEX (Exfoliation) have nothing to do with each other PEX condition is untreatable but complication can be prevented if ever going to happens because of this but this is totally different condition with surgery you are going to have, of course as long as the cataract surgery is concern it need to be done in time, to avoid unwanted risk in surgery, hope this information helps, take care.
