hi Vinod, thanks for query.There are no drugs to increase the size of testis.All theses organs and grow and mature under the influence of male hormones.In case you have problem other then size of testis,please get in touch with a urologist/general surgeon for this and take proper guidance rather then taking any so called effective medicines.

as per ur query...
himalaya speman is not sufficient to increase sperm count....as first find out the cause and then so many more medicine available in the market....so many things we have to see to overcome ur problem...
