Is High Fever Due To Compromised Immune System?

when my 6 year old stays up late several days in a row she will develop a high fever, normally of 104.5 or higher. should i be concerned about something to do with a compromised imune system? She has overall been a healthy child. Her basic health history includes ear infections, MRSA (two times), strep throat (once), scarlet fever (once).

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Viral fever is quite common in children.
If the baby is gaining weight adequately and her blood counts are normal then there seems to be no cause for concern.
It's likely to be Non specific fever.

Take care
