I have high eye pressure and i tend to cry as part of emotional break out is that Good for my eyesight?

if you are having high eye pressure please consult glaucoma specialist.
Crying is not at all related to your eye pressure.check your eye pressure ,if it is glaucoma then please consult glaucoma specialist.

Do not think that tears can clean the eyes.
Cry is welcome only at the time of birth of a child when he has to take breath in the world !
