Hello and welcome to HCM, A high blood counts should be investigated. You need to get differential blood count to know the component of white blood cells which is increased. An increase in neutrophils is usually due to bacterial infection. An increase in lymphocytes is usually due to viral infection, chronic infection etc. You need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.
