I had a blood test done and my AST was 53 ALT was 140 and GGT was 200, I'm a 31 yr old male in great shape however I do drink regularly but for past month since initial blood test have not had a drink or even Tylenol. Is the elevation Soley from alcohol?

Couldn't say AND... the pattern most perfect for it being alcohol is when the GGT is higher than the ALT which is higher than the AST and the bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase are normal or nearly normal.... so.... consistent with it being entirely alcohol.
