HIV AIDS Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Toxoplasma, Rubella, Herpes Simplex 1 are not STD. Cytomegalovirus is not necessarily always transmitted through Sexual route.
Herpes Simplex 2 is a STD which in your case was negative. So nothing wrong in sharing your problem with your husband an can plan for further management. HSV 1 is quite common affair for anybody and it is never a life threatening infection.
You can consult your obstetrician, she/he could bring out a safe live birth of your second child.
Wish you a safe family way.
