Is herniated disc related with back pain?

I have had a kidney ultrasound liver test both of comeback normal still having flank back pain have had kidney infections and been on anabiotic s but they say this is not a kidney infection what is wrong with me? Wondering if it s a herniated disc because I am having lower back pain. Could your hips be out of place in that affect the rest of your spine?

My dear friend, the out of place hip can cause pain of the rest of spine.as far as your flank and back pain is concerned it can be caused by both spinal cord problem or kidney problem.not only infection but also stone in varios locations of y!urinary tract including kidney can cause this problem.also residual major infection can be a reason gfor this pain.thank you.
