Is Heavy Vaginal Bleeding With Clots Normal During Abortion?

Hey i took 4 pills of athrotec every 3 hours 3times.. I read that thats the abortion dosage well i got cramping all the sign nausea diarrhea ... My 1st dosage i got the cramping .. Second was the diarrhea .. & i was feeling sick so i decided to go to sleep and also i was think if it would work or not so about 4am i got up to pee and a gush of blood came down my whole pants was full of blood even the pad i had on and a good amount of blood clots .. But when that happen the bleeding stopped right away but i think i was about 3 weeks going on 4 weeks pregnant it cant be more than that it could be less weeks .. But what i want to kno if thats norman to happen in an abortion ?

Hi there,
Well, what you have described is the process of the miscarriage which occurs after taking the pills.
If the bleeding has stopped and you don't have any fever, pain, or bleeding after that it means the process is complete and over. You need not be very concerned now unless you have fever or pain.
You could do a urine pregnancy test after 3 weeks of the miscarriage to confirm it.
