Is Heartburn On Meat Consumption And Vomiting After Drinks Caused By Gallstones?

Hi Doctor,
I am 26 yrs old, i weigh 165, I have a history of GERD, Gastritis, Esophagitis, in the past 6 months constant hives at all times of day usually after eating, 2 weeks ago I had an anaphaylactic shock I am getting patch tests done by the allergist next week, a history of PCOS, gallstones, risk for type 2 although the endocronologist said my risk was greatly reduced by losing 20 pounds that I did in the past 4 months. My question is i do not seem to digest properly when I consume meat products , I have extemely painful heartburn mostly in the morning hrs or at night. I used to be naseaus all the time but that when away recently and was replaced with intense heartburn and I can no longer drink because I get really bad bouts of throwing up, the other day I tried to see if it had changed I had 1 beer waited half an hr and had a jaggermeister shot and threw up like I had binge drinked. Do you think that these problems are caused by my gallstones thus having to remove my gallbladder or do you think it is caused by my anxiety which I have been diagnosed with or do you think it has to do with my gastritis (should I get an endoscopy done, my gastrointerlogist insists i dont need one but the famatodine and omeprazole he has me on only works temporarily, if i forget to take either I get really bad heartburn in the center of my chest.
I would really appreciate any insight you may offer.

Please change your diet and lifestyle
Dont eat any oily foods
stop all dairy products
No animal products
No soft drinks
Eat a plant based diet.
reduce weight if over weight
eat lot of veggies and fruits
No coffee or tea after 4pm
sleep at the same time
do some meditation or prayer
stop all alcoholic drinks
go for mostly veggie smoothies
