Is Heart Transplant Beneficial For A Person With Three Pseudoaneurysms In The Heart?

I have been told by my cardiologist that I have a rare condition. As he explained to me I have three pseudoaneurysms located on the left wall of my heart and below the mitral valve. I have had mitral valve and double by-pass surgery almost two years ago. can you explain more of what is going on? How much time do I have to live (I realize you cant say for sure, but maybe just a rough educated guess)? Would a heart transplant really be beneficial?
