Is Heart Palpitations In A Pregnancy Normal?

hi im 31 weeks pregnant, i have lupus-sle, antiphospholipid syndrome, fibromyalgia and sjogrens. for the last 2 or 3 weeks i can feel my heart racing faster, whether im sitting or walking and at night it can wake me up. could it be increased blood volume as im not anaemic?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Increased heart rate and palpitations are common in third trimester. However, autoimmune diseases like sle, sjogren'S are associated with affection of the heart, leading to heart disease.
I would suggest you to consult a cardiologist for getting properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
