Is Heart Burn, Left Arm Pain And Nausea A Cause For Concern?

my husband thinks he just had something for dinner that gave him heartburn hours ago... however now hes having nausea, dizziness, and his left arm is bothering him. he has never had any heart problems before. should we go to the ER or is this simply heartburn or indigestion?
