Hello, My son is 6 years old and his symptoms began last Sunday. Runny nose, fever of up to 104.5 at night, for the past few days though it s been 103 and under at night and during the day no or very low fever. Between Wed and Thurs he threw up 4 times and had diarrhea. He s eating and drinking fine, crying tears so not dehydrated, I ve also been giving him Pedialyte to keep him hydrated. He s not lethargic, symptoms seem to be improving but he has a fever again now of 102. Do you think it s the flu?
