Is Having Dermabrasion Safe For Facial Scars Caused Due To Chicken Pox?

Dear Sir,I had very severe chicken pox around 75 days back. As my scabs started falling off, I was advised Supatret Gel 0.04% and Kojivit Plus to be apllied alternate nights. I have dark and pitted scars all over my face and dark scars all over my body. After application of above two lotions for around 50 days, dark spots have faded a little and there was noticable change in pitted scars. The dark sopts also haven t faded as much as expected by my dermatologist. I was suggested then to apply Venusia cream for one hour every night followed by Momate-F cream. I was also suggested to take Antoxid HC. Again after 10 days, when no much change was observed, I have been suggested by the doctor to apply Glycolic Acid 12% + Lactic acid 5% for one hour every night followed by Venusia cream. I aveb been suggested to have Glutanix capsules also for 10 days. My observation is that the dark spots are fading at their own pace irrespective of all the medications and the pitted scars are remaining as they were. The dermatologist suggested to go for dermabrasion for my pitted scars. I am a 42 years male and somehow don t find it essentially go up to the level of dermabrasion. Sir/Mam, please suggest me whether I should stop any further treatment for my scars and let the body heal naturally or still keep struggling with variety of medicines being suggested by doctor every 10 days.
