Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Celebrex( Celecoxib) is not known drug to cause hair loss.
Your hair loss may be related to thyroid abnormality.
A recent increase in hair fall could be related to anaemia, underactive thyroid, physical illness, surgeries or mental stress 4-6 months preceding the hair fall.
I suggest that you get your hemoglobin, S. ferritin and thyroid stimulating hormone checked to rule out internal causes for hair fall.
You could benefit from taking oral biotin supplements daily for 2-3 months.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
