Is Green Stool With Mucus A Sign Of Infection In Infants?

Hello doctor my baby is 4 month old and pass pass green stool with mucus at least 4 to 5 time in a day so what can I do its normal or not doctor says its a type of infection he gave me direction for my baby butt maid is not effective so I want to advise to you what can I do for my baby

stool examination is recomanded. metrogyl suspension can be given according to child's weight. have to consult pediatrician for recomandation of treatment. maintain hydration. normal feed can be given.
