Is Full Thickness Cartilage Fissure At Deepest Portion Of The Trochlear Groove A Concern?

Yes my name is Mike, i just had an MRI on my knee and it showed 1-Full thickness cartilage fissure at deepest portion of the trochlear groove 2-Posterior horn meniscal tear with displacement of horizontal flap at coronary recess. Subchondral edema focally lateral femur weightbearing . Wait does this mean n how bad is it.
