Is Friedrichs Ataxia Related With Erectile Dysfunction In Males?

I m a male, age 21, and I was diagnosed with Friedrich s ataxia when i was 17. I haven t asked this question to my doctors yet, but I m wondering if it can make it hard to keep an erection. I can get one , but it s hard to keep. And also if there is something I can do to take care of the problem.
