Hallow Dear,
If your partner has undergone
vasectomy 10 years ago, practically the chances of
pregnancy are nil. Had it been failure of vasectomy, you would have conceived many years ago.
Though your most symptoms, particularly
frequent urination and breast tenderness are symptoms of pregnancy, they appear about a week to 10 days after missed period. Unfortunately, you are not sure of the date of your last menstrual period (LMP).
If you feel, it is more than 5 weeks since your LMP, you may perform pregnancy test on the overnight early morning first urine sample. Alternatively, you may opt for
Beta hCG test on your blood 10 days after your last
unprotected intercourse. This is just to have peace of mind.
I hope, this will resolve your dilemma.
