Hello. I am having lower back pain, yellowish discharge(not much) when wiping after urination. It doesn't happen every time I urinate. Frequent urination and slight sting when wiping. Could it be a possible yeast infection or uti? I have diarrhea as well. For the past four days I've had nothing but dark sodas to drink.
