Is Frequent Constipation A Symptom Of Colon Cancer?

Hello I m 19 years old, I went on a hard diet to lose weight but after I lost 8kgs I started having some bowel movement changes, like I m having a frequent constipation, and a feeling that I can t clean my bowel completely, I ve searched on google and all I found was colon cancer so I got very worried, tho I have no rectal bleeding or fatigue, and I haven t lost more weight since I regulated my diet what should I do? Should I go for a test ?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
First, colon in this age is real rarity. Second, constipation may be symptoms of cancer but this is the last thing to think of and usually it is causd just bay innapropriate diet and so called lazy colon. You should have high fibre diet, plenty of fludis and avoid sweets and fried meat. Also, you can use laxatives if required. In severe cases you can do colonoscopy but i sont think this is necessary at this point.
I hope I answered your query.
Thanks for the query. Regards.
