Is Flying Safe After Treating A Collapsed Lung?

I had a spontaneous lung collapsed a week and a half ago and I was in hospital for almost a week on a drain to inflate my lung back up,I am out of hospital almost a week now and feel great,I had a chest X-ray yesterday and the doc said that my lung looks perfect,I am due to fly to Spain in 2 weeks from today,I was just wondering what the advise would be on travelling,it seems that every doc has a different opinion on when is safe to fly,the general consensus seems to be 1-2 weeks but this can vary up to 6 or even 12 weeks
