Is Fluctuating Blood Pressure In Pregnancy A Cause For Alarm?

my 22 year old daughter is 35 weeks pregnant and is starting to have fluctuations in blood pressure along with joint pain. Her knee is swollen and aching. Her blood pressure a few hours ago was 135/88 and has dropped to 104/54. We put aspercreme on her knee and have her lying down with ice pack. (her average pressure has been about 110/75.
