Is Femilon Tablet Safe?

Can you please answer whether femilon tab is safe or not. My mrs. has endometriosis on left ovary. Last november she had undergone s c section drlivery for a boy but he survived only 5hrs. Doctor suggested us to take femilon from the first day of period.

Hi

Femilon is a combined oral contraceptive which is useful in reducing menstrual bleeding and regularising the cycles.

Abdominal cramps can also be reduced in the subsequent cycles.

Femilon is a safe drug for short term use and should not be used for long duration such as more than 6 months.
