Is faceclin useful for acne and its scars ?

hi m 23 female...sufrin frm acne n acne scar problem... currently,since 3 weeks m using benzoc ac 2.5 and glocine gel bt no improvmnts is seen my doc has sugstd me faceclin also...shud i go ahead vit it????? and ca u pls suggest me anothr emedies also as my fed up of dis....

You continue with present cream and gel.
Do face wash 3-4 times a day,
Avoid applying any moisturizing or cosmetic dream on face.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Take plenty of green veggies and vit A,D and E supplements.

regular exercise
plenty water to drink
mixed vegetables
avoid constipation
avoid using oily creams
frequent face wash
course of doxycycline100mg od for 1 month
do not prick or squeeze
acne creams to be used as per instruction

several factors are of imp...genetic
abnormal sebum production
obstruction of duct
Treatment is more favourable........
1) Topical...morning Clindamycin and nicotinic acid cream base
night Adaplene cream ...
2) Systemic...Doxycycline 100mg after lunch...for 20 days...
cap Lycopene with Vit A...for one week.....
3) Frequent facial washes with Triclosan and Zinc oxide soap..
4) If you want...>90% result...go for..........
RF-Comedone extraction could be done by experinced....
