Is Face From Eyes Down And Mouth Being Huge An Anomaly ?

the other day I saw a little girl about a year old and in the store and her head was normal size except the face from eyes down was really huge and her mouth was very big and round... I never saw this b/4 and was wondering if this was an anomaly or is this a disease?

This could be a endocrinal disorder like Acromegaly or any genetic disorder. It would be difficult for me to pin point the diagnosis without a picture. You can go through many of the medical scripts available on internet with pictures for your knowledge.
