Is Eye Twitching A Sign Of Hemorrhagic Stroke?

My mother just had a hemorrhagic stroke 10 days ago and was released from hospital today. Tonight she got up really quickly and felt a headache right away. Then when she did lay down, I saw that both her eyes were twitching rapidly while they were closed. Is this a sign of another stroke?

Not too likely. A new headache or change in one is a possible sign. The other signs would generally be when ONE side of the body is behaving differently than the other. Facial droop, weakness in a limb, difficulty talking, etc.
